(Also can be counted as 1,500-2,00 pedestrian residents living on pedestrian streets vs homes.) 3/3 Garbage trucks achieved. So, I ended up increase my pedestrian area to include about 300 more homes and that was enough to trigger the service point to send out 3 garbage trucks in a matter of minutes to the homes inside my large pedestrian area. I even built up mass trash to be picked up and even turned off my other garbage facilities to no avail. I did try many things to trigger the garbage service point to send more trucks out at once. I had about 200 homes in my pedestrian area and that would only trigger 1 truck every now and then. It's based on volume of "homes" to service the garbage within your pedestrian area only, not the greater city. ![]() This is achieved by having a large pedestrian area. Given that cargo trucks are not emergency service vehicles so I guess you wouldn't see them. It just magically happened and the excess inventory icon disappeared. No cargo trucks were seen or shown in route view during this achievement. So, I can only assume that they picked up the products from my low density commercial builds and where delivered else where for sale. and the "pedestrian area info" button on the "info" tab, where you can see your active trucks. Given a few minutes after being build they started to show that they had excess inventory to sell. The only visual icon I had was above my newly added commercial buildings. When watching the "Traffic Route View" I did not see any of my cargo service trucks deliver anything to the great city. This is achieved by adding about 5-10 "Low Density Commercial Zone" buildings inside your "Painted Pedestrian Area." The cargo trucks need to magical deliver cargo to your commercial buildings inside your pedestrian area in order to get the 5/5 trucks needed. These are the steps that I used to complete the achievement for both "Small Cargo Service Point 5/5" and "Small Garbage Service Point 3/3." This is just to clear some things up and how to complete the achievement. There still seems to be a lot of confusion and blame on mods and bad coding for not getting the "Small Pedestrian Area Service Port" achievement. How to: Small Pedestrian Area Service Port ![]()
